Note: The rules apply to all rentals at Hill Top, Hispaniola Sol, Hispaniola Residencial, Hill Side units.
PLEASE READ!!
All Renters are required to follow the rules & regulations enunciated below.
Each rental unit is located in a family-oriented setting where decorum, respect and family values are held at the centre of our culture.
While enjoying your stay, you may be in a more ‘party mood’ but ask that you keep in mind that you share the grounds with some owners and long-term renterswho live onsite and who appreciate their normal and quiet day-to-day life.
It the responsibility of all concerned to maintain a peaceful, safe and quiet environment so that everyone enjoys their stay so we kindly ask you to adhere to the following:
The grounds and facilities of your unit including parking lot, swimming pool area, common areas, are for the exclusive use of the owners and renters.
During the day loud music and blaring sounds are strictly forbidden at any time. We ask everyone to be mindful and keep the noise level down after 10:00 p.m.
When returning to your unit after enjoying Sosua’s night life, be mindful of the noise and respectful of your neighbours. As you enter the grounds and head to your unit, whisper to avoid disturbing your neighbours; avoid slamming doors.
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
There is no lifeguard on site. Children must be accompanied at all time by an adult when they are in the pool or in the pool area.
The use of the pool is at your own risk.
The pool furniture is a common asset. The reservation of pool chairs by placing a tower is not permitted. If you are gone for more than 30 minutes, your towel will be removed.
Maximum occupancy in a 2-bedroom unit = 4 persons including children.
For your own safety and security, please remember to:
a) Store your money and valuables in the safety box at all times;
b) Lock all doors and windows before you leave the unit.
c) Do leave any valuables (phone, computers, tablets, etc.) on the balconies or common areas.
Unit owners, administration and/or rental agents are not responsible for any stolen money, jewelry, sport equipment or any other valuables.
It is forbidden to hang or dry clothes on the windowsills, railings, or hang lines on any balcony. To avoid accidents, do not leave objects on the balcony railings. Do not throw paper, cigarette butts or shake out sands over the balcony.
Do not litter! Keep the grounds clean by taking all your belonging and any garbage with you when you leave the pool.
You are responsible for the disposal of your daily garbage. The garbage disposal bins are located on your left, as you enter the complex (blue sliding doors).
Family members and friends are permitted on the grounds under your responsibility and supervision, and must adhere to the rules at all times.
Only one ‘Special Guest’ also referred to as Lady of the Night or Chica is allowed per renter and must be accompanied by her host at all times. On arrival, the Special Guest must leave the cedula (identification) with the security guard. The cedula will be returned at the time of departure. Without an identification, no Special Visitor will be allowed on the property.
Drug usage, possession, and sale (including marijuana) and sex with underage children are illegal in the Dominican Republic and strictly prohibited in the unit and common areas. Doing so by you or your guest will result an immediate expulsion from the property.
Respect your neighbors, common ground staff and Security Guards at any time.
In the Dominican Republic, power outages or water shortages may occur in your unit and/or the building. It is the downside of living or vacationing in a developing country.
In the event of such occurrence, the Administrator of the property will take all the necessary steps to resolve the problem as quickly as possible
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
